Sweet Andalusian white wine made with the varieties Jerez Palomino FIno and Riesling, harvested in the vineyards in Arcos de la Frontera, in the Sierra de Cádiz.
After an exhaustive maturation control of the different varieties,
a de-stemming and subsequent pressing of the grapes is carried out,
obtaining an aromatic must that is fermented with controlled temperatures.
After approximately 3 months in the presence of fine lees, the wine
is clarified and filtered before bottling.
View: The wine is clean and bright, with pale yellow tones and greenish edges.
Nose: Fresh, fruity, with citrus and floral notes.
Mouth: Fresh, fruity, light and tasty, well balanced,
