Elaboration

Following the classic method of "champenoise", that is to say, a second fermentation in bottle that in Contreras Ruiz we followed of a breeding in the same one during 18 months with the objective of integrating the bubble so as to give off an elegant and delicate touch accompanied by aromas of pastry, without losing the freshness that confers the personality of this brut.

Tasting

Straw yellow view, new golden reflections, with fine bubble and integrated. Nose saline character, young entry, orange blossom, fresh and green apple, quince jam. Mixed with subtle aromas of aging brought during the bottled months as toasted nuts or pastry. Very fresh mouth in the mouth, silky, wide entrance, glyceric touch and long distance, serious at the same time young. Notes of freshness, citrus, pronounced acidity that happens to be balanced with the alcohol and the sensations of aging that will remember to craft bakery or caramel.

Perfect companion for an entire meal, we can start with appetizers and stick with it during the dessert. Ideal with fish, seafood or even foie or sausage like Iberian ham, great companion of rice or white meats.
