D. O. MALAGA

naturally sweet white wine
variety: 100% Muscat from Alexandria
winemaking: stainless steel fermentation
alcohol: 13%
Service Temperature: 6 ºC

Bright yellow. Fresh and intense, with a mixture of sensations of freshly peeled apple, orange peel, pollen, and aromatic herbs. Concentrated, something fatty and refreshing. Great length.

Victoria comes from a selection of old vineyards located on the highest points of the municipality of Almachar. The harvest is carried out manually in mid-august. Fermentation is carried out in its entirety in stainless steel tanks and, as typical for this type of wine, its alcohol originates exclusively from the fermentation of grapes; this stops decreasingin the temperature once reached the desired degree of alcohol.

In the Nobel Prize banquet
