A classic sherry vinegar with all the flavor and aroma of selected Sherry wines.

The traditional Fernando de Castilla Sherry vinegar is elaborated in Jerez de la Frontera from palomino grapes with at least 8 years of aging in American oak barrels. This vinegar belongs to the denomination of origin sherry vinegar.

In consequence these vinegars acquire unique characteristics of aging, because it is uded the same procedure as the Jerez wine, with the criadera and solera system. Thanks to these so traditional techniques of the Fernando de Castilla cellars, these vinegars acquire a great aroma.

Currently sherry vinegar is part of the quality products certified by the Andalucia council and its production is regulated by the Regulatory Council of Wine and Brandy ofJerez.

The Fernando de Castilla vinegars are considered to be among the best vinegars in Spain.
