Features
The texture of mature cheese is the hardest of all varieties, because it requires a maturing of more than three months. Its exquisite flavor and taste does not leave anyone indifferent. Since 2008 they have the Certificate of Andalusian Ecological Farming (CAAE).
Temperature of consumption
It is recommended, once opened the cheese, to keep it in the refirgerator or equivalent machine wrapped in transparent film suitable for food, or better into a cheeseboard or on a dish.
