Composition: sea lettuce, Ogonori and Aonori.
Conservation: in cool and dry place and not exposed to light. Once open, always keep within the container. It is a natural product without preservatives or colorings.
Conservation Techniques: are presented in different proportions depending on the dehydrated
japanese artisan process, and mashed up to make flour of algae.
Culinary Applications:
it is used as a coloring agent and thickener, without forgetting the unmistakable flavor it brings to the recipe. Mixed with flour it is possible to obtain greater performance with fried fish..
It is possible to use it in green sauces with fish, molluscs or fresh pastas, risottos,
pudding or pastries .
